A mail app that doesnt notify you of new messages is pretty useless. Zoho Mail gets two stars because after the last update they only sometimes send notifications. While there are other features still missing (e.g. Ability to check multiple accounts) these dont really matter if they cant fix the notifications. Its a shame since the app is otherwise well designed and would otherwise be great.
This app would be just fine if only it could be horizontal on an iPad. Thats all it needs and it would be just fine. Since I have a Bluetooth keyboard, vertical just wont work. Please add the feature -- it cant be that difficult and your customers deserve it. But for that -- five stars.
Since the update today this app does not work! It freezes and crashes and I am unable to read any emails. Please fix and Ill change to 5 stars as this is a great app.. Though I do wish there was a notification for when emails come in like Gmail has.
I adore my zoho mail. But the newest version simply doesnt work. I cant get to my mail at all. Absolutely nothing works.
I have all these duplicate files in the files section on the my iPhone app. Its annoying how can I clear that information out. Its even getting sent to a cloud... But wheres the cloud and how do I access it. Also a good feature to add is scheduled messages. Other than that I love the app and Mail platform. Had to knock it low to get your attention.
I love coming back to Zoho & supporting the underdog after over a decade! As others have said, I cant figure out how you could overlook a badge count for unread messages! Other than that, really happy Zoho has hosted email under a freemium model :-)
I use Zoho for my business email. Ive turned on Notifications in the actual app and in the Notification Center. Yet, when I get a new email, no notification. Please fix this!!
I love Zoho Mail, and if they fix the two issues Im having I will give it five stars. The first issue is notifications. I have everything set on my end, but never get any sort of alert when I get a new message. The second issue is one with the spam folder. Every email I receive from one particular sender gets sent to the spam folder. I have added the sender to my contacts and tried marking the email as not spam, but the problem persists.

Really needs to be able to flip to landscape mode for some emails. Text is too small in portrait mode.
I dont know what they were trying to do, combining other products I dont use or need with email, but now it freezes constantly. I cant open a single email.
Good email platform, needs stability to compete with larger companies but I love it. Features wise the standard iPhone email cant compete.
To me, the whole point of having email on a phone is for instant notification. If I dont catch the notification on the Lock Screen, theres no way to know theres a new message until I open the app. Please fix!
I regret having transitioned to this email service. Emails with take hours to receive from when they are timestamped as sent. Badges never work. Sounds, banners, or other types of alerts sporadically work. So if you want your email you must manually go into the app and refresh it to see you have email or not. Zoho has known for months but havent successfully addressed the matter yet.
The Zoho Mail app is a great start, but there are so many things missing. Contacts only show part of their information, many emails wont load their graphics or anything at all. But the contact portion is the worst. I have to use calDAV in order to see all of the information, but that doesnt help when emailing through the this app. Pretty disappointing that it hasnt been improving.
So far its great and easy to get around the app. I have set it up with my own domain using Zoho Mail and it was easier than gmail and others Ive tried setting up my business email on. Im still playing around with it and testing all the features. But so far ill give it 4 stars. No problem with notifications either.
How hard is it to offer iPad support?
The contacts dont sync between the CRM and this app. Email works perfectly otherwise.
